HIDROSTANK ACCESS CHAMBERS IN DIEGO DE ALMAGRO(EMELDA) SOLAR PLANT IN CHILE

Hidrostank arqueta electrica para planta fotovoltaica 3HIDROSTANK has supplied, through its distributor in Chile, TECNORED , its innovative reinforced polypropylene access chambers in the PV plant of Diego de Almagro ( EMELDA ) , that ENEL GREEN POWER develops in the region of Atacama, Chañaral Province , near the town of Diego de Almagro

The plant will have an installed capacity of 36 MWp and, as reported by Enel, and will comprise about 225 000 panels, with an estimated U.S. $ 60 million investment.

Ecomac signed an agreement with Enel Green Power to develop the photovoltaic plant ‘Diego de Almagro PV Park’ which use the facilities (substation and connecting line) of Emelda thermal power plant, owned by Ecomac. This has enabled to optimize investments, use of facilities, operating costs and, most importantly, allowing an immediate connection to the Central Interconnected System (SIC).

HIDROSTANK and TECNORED have worked closely with both developer and the corresponding EPC company  technicians supplying its innovative cable pits, providing the best solution for electrical channeling.

For several years HIDROSTANK cooperates in the execution of ground mounted solar and thermosolar projects, all over the world. The features and benefits of our access chambers (easy installation and handling, with its great resistance) enable the EPC to fulfil, even shorthen in some cases, the demanding deadlines.
